Liquidation items and pricing for Techo-Bloc Corp. customers are only applicable to customers in the following states: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, WV, VT. For customers outside these states, Techo-Bloc authorized dealers establish contractor pricing on liquidation items.

Only full skids may be purchased and all purchases are final sale and are not subject to Techo-Bloc's warranty.

The products indicated as Non-local liquidation products are located in Techo-Bloc sites outside of your region (Midwest USA). Please note that colors WILL NOT match inventory in your yard that was manufactured in your region. For deliveries, Techo-Bloc will deliver full loads only of non-local product to your Techo-Bloc dealer location. For dealers, if you wish to arrange your own transport, please contact Techo-Bloc's order department to inquire on which site or sites the inventory is located at. Orders must be placed with our customer service order department via telephone or email since the items will not be available for selection through your dealer ordering portal.
