SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a water-based, single-component acrylic co-polymer sealer and joint sand stabilizer designed for both indoor and outdoor use on new or existing, horizontal or vertical surfaces. In a single application, it provides surface protection and stabilizes newly installed joint sand. Breathable and non-trapping, SB-1300 can be applied right after installation without locking in natural efflorescence. It effectively protects against salts, acids, and other corrosive substances, helping to reduce surface wear and deterioration. On fresh or restored surfaces, SB-1300 maintains a natural look and adds stain resistance for easier cleaning and maintenance. Its antifungal formulation helps prevent mold, moss, and algae growth on the sealer layer. This non-hazardous, VOC/EPA-compliant sealer applies milky white and dries clear with a matte finish. Once cured, it resists freezing down to -60°F (-51°C) and withstands heat up to 180°F (82°C), offering reliable durability.
