Blu 80’s polished texture brings refinement and luxury to this Techo-Bloc classic. The polishing process brings out the concrete’s inner aggregates for a speckled terrazzo look. Its sleek surface and clean lines make it well suited for modern and traditional projects alike. Blu 80 mm can be adjusted to your project’s style by changing its laying pattern — we suggest using a modular pattern for a more ornate feel and keeping linear patterns for ultra-modern spaces. Blu 80’s smallest format, Blu 80 mm 6”x13”, also comes palletized separately and is great for stacked or running bond, herringbone and parquet patterns. This small paver can also be used to create banding, inlays, or soldier courses. Good looks and design flexibility aside, Blu 80 can also be installed as a permeable paver to bring eco-friendly and responsible stormwater management to your project. Its high density of joints per square footage lets water trickle around the pavers and into the permeable foundation, where it will be filtered before percolating back to the local aquifer. As a bonus, permeable pavers also help to obtain LEED certification. This interlocking paver is de-icing salt resistant, ADA compliant, and vehicle-friendly, making it a good contender for any commercial, institutional or industrial project.
