SB-8700 Wet Look Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a premium, solvent-based acrylic sealer specially designed for outdoor use, offering a “rain safe” finish just 90 minutes after application and resisting yellowing from sun exposure. Suitable for new and existing horizontal or vertical surfaces, SB-8700 provides both surface protection and joint sand stabilization in one step. This breathable sealer can be applied right after installation, preventing moisture and efflorescence from becoming trapped. SB-8700 shields surfaces from salts, acids, and corrosive chemicals, reducing weathering and deterioration. On freshly installed or restored surfaces, it enhances with a wet look and semi-gloss finish while providing stain resistance for easier cleaning and maintenance. Formulated with an antifungal agent, it inhibits mold, moss, and algae growth on the sealer layer. SB-8700 applies with the consistency of water and dries clear with a semi-gloss finish. The cured sealer is freeze-resistant down to -60°F (-51°C) and withstands temperatures up to 180°F (82°C).
