Permeable pavers are installed using a segmental system that allows water to pass through the joints. For step-by-step instructions, view Techo-Bloc’s Permeable Paver Installation Guide or work with a certified contractor to ensure proper base preparation and compliance with stormwater regulations.

Maintenance is minimal. We recommend sweeping or vacuuming twice a year to remove sediment and keep joints performing well. If clogging occurs, the jointing material can be replaced easily. Most buildup stays at the surface, not below the base.
