This Nepean backyard had a complex layout with varying levels and an existing septic system that posed significant design challenges. The homeowner's goal was to create a seamless, multi-level retreat that maximized usability while maintaining a sleek and sophisticated look.

The contractor carefully planned the design to work around the septic system, incorporating multiple levels that flowed naturally despite the challenging terrain. Heated flooring beneath the pavers allowed for year-round accessibility, while features like fire pits and lounge areas added functionality and charm.

The backyard features 3,000 square feet of Blu Grande slabs in Greyed Nickel. The design includes 275 Raffinato steps connecting a sunken poolside fire pit, raised lounge, and switchback stairs leading to upper patios. The addition of Antika pavers for the wood-burning fire pit flooring and a matching design in the front yard ties the property together.
