Where Community & Modern Landscape Meet
Before redevelopment, Parc Philippe-Villeneuve was a traditional municipal park with standard fields and courts. As Terrebonne’s population grew and community needs evolved, the city launched an ambitious redevelopment to create something more: a civic hub where athletics, culture, and daily life could coexist.
At the heart of the redesign is a sculptural outdoor stage that anchors the space both visually and socially. Built with Techo-Bloc’s Diamond HD² Smooth pavers, the site comes alive through a refined gradient of tones, shifting between Shale Grey, Greyed Nickle and Onyx Black. This visual flow echoes the energy and movement through the park. These transitions are not just aesthetic choices. They also connect the central space to surrounding streetscapes and bike paths, creating a landscape that feels cohesive and welcoming.
The new park is a design upgrade that marks a meaningful milestone for Terrebonne’s 350th anniversary and reflects the city’s commitment to future generations. It is a space that honors the past, serves the present, and inspires what comes next.
